SFS Paracin

The second glass factory opened in Yugoslavia was in Paraćin, in 1907 with the help of glass-makers and machines from the country's first factory in Jagodina. This factory produced pressed glass from the beginning. The Serbian glass factory in Paraćin was destroyed in WW1 and production was restarted in the early 1920s. In 1927 it became a part of Sjedinjene tvornice stakla - Zagreb [STS Abel] of Yugoslavia.

The factory had its own trademark and line of products. Some of the glassware published in a catalogue of STS Abel 1936 was produced in this factory.

The factory ceased hand production in Feb 2012.
